Counselling in a private and confidential setting offers a client the opportunity to explore difficulties, distress, dissatisfaction, change or loss in life. Through therapeutic non-judgmental listening clients are encouraged to look at options and choices as a means of achieving the changes they seek in life.
Qualifications: BA Psychology, Sociology, Philosophy.
BSC Counselling & Psychotherapy. Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy. Diploma in Health-Care & Positive Living. Cert in Reality Therapy. Cert in Behaviour Analysis & Therapy. Cert in Sexual Addiction.
Professional Membership: MWGII. MCSA., Accredited Member IACP
Specialities Include: Depression, Anxiety, Relationships, Bereavement, Stress Debriefing, Trauma Counselling, Personal Development, Self Esteem/ Confidence, Men's Issues, Anger Management, Sexual Addiction and LGBT issues.
I use a number of theories including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person Centered, and Psychodynamic.
Counselling for deaf clients available through ISL (Irish Sign Language)
Appointments: Mornings, Afternoons and Evenings - Monday to Saturday inclusive.
Individual Fees: A session lasts for 1 hr and costs €60
Couples/Families Fees: €60 per session which lasts 1 hr
Payment: Must be made at the end of each session by cash. Receipts given.
Cancellation: Should you need to cancel your appointment 24 hours notice is required.
Reschedules: If you need to reschedule please contact me as soon as possible prior to your appointment.
